What is the typical turnaround time?

All our products are custom made to order. We will provide an estimated delivery timeline during the quoting process.

What warranty do you offer?

All IlluminateSigns products come with a 24-month warranty covering LED components and electrical parts. If anything goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace your sign free of charge.

Can the signs be used outdoors?

We offer both indoor and outdoor-rated signs. Outdoor signs are built with weather-resistant materials and sealed electronics rated to IP65. Make sure to select the outdoor option during configuration if you need weather protection.

What are the power requirements?

Our signs run on low-voltage LED technology (12V DC) and come with a standard Australian power adapter. They typically consume between 5–30 watts depending on size, which is less than a standard light bulb.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. International shipping is available to select countries — contact us for a quote.

What is your returns policy?

Because each sign is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your sign arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Can you create signs from custom logos or artwork?

Absolutely! We can create signs from your logo, artwork, or any custom design. Simply upload your file (SVG, PNG, or AI format preferred) when requesting a quote, and our design team will provide a mockup for your approval.

Is there a maximum or minimum size?

Our signs range from 30cm to 200cm in width. For signs outside this range, please contact us directly — we can often accommodate special requests. Minimum recommended size depends on the complexity of your design.
